Where should i start ?
If you are new to Vectorworks you should start at the Education Resources for Beginners page (http://archoncadcom.wpengine.com/2013/02/11738/education-resources/). The educational resources have a roadmap to help you find your way through the training. There are also several links on the page to guide you through your learning. After completing the education resources, carry on with the resources listed below. If you have used Vectorworks previously then you should start with the Introduction to BIM page (http://archoncadcom.wpengine.com/2013/01/10814/introduction-to-building-information-modeling/). Vectorworks is a Building Information Modeling program and this page will help you understand the workflow. There are several links on this page that will link you to movies for you to watch and learn from. If you understand the concept of Building Information Modeling, then try the Guide to Productivity (http://archoncadcom.wpengine.com/2012/11/10398/guide-to-productivity/). this page contains over 180 links to movies to help you use Vectorworks effectively. These steps should help you get the most from the site in the shortest time, but you should also plan to attend the online workshops every month (http://archoncadcom.wpengine.com/workshop/). Learning a little bit each month is a great way to acquire and use a great amount of knowledge. You will also find the workshops to be extremely beneficial because you can ask me questions during the session.
