Why Should I Become a Member?

When I was learning Vectorworks, there were very few places I could go to learn all the powerful techniques. After 30 years of learning Vectorworks, I have brought together all of the techniques that you need to use Vectorworks effectively. I have great resources for getting started, powerful tips and tricks for using Vectorworks  productively, and regular monthly webinars for you to engage and learn directly from me. Access to the site and the monthly webinars is worth over $500 a month, but you can have all of this for less than $2 a day.

What web browser is best for this web site?

Google Chrome is the best web browser for this site. Apple Safari works, but it will not play all the movies.

Do the movies play on my phone?

Some movies are playing on all devices, but some movies are only playing on a desktop web browser. We are updating the movies so that eventually they should all play on your phone. Ensure you are logged to to play the movies.

Why are the movies show with a line though the play button? Why don't they play?

When we find movies that are not playing on all devices we do our best to fix them. Even after re-processing the movies to a known working codec, they sometimes don’t want to play.  We have found that Chrome is the most reliable browser for these movies.

How long does my membership last?

Your subscription is active until you cancel it. If you have chosen the one month subscription, your credit card will be charged every month until you cancel, if you have chosen the quarter subscription your credit card will be charged every three months until you cancel, and so on.

How do I cancel my membership?

As soon as you cancel your membership you will lose access to the website. If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your membership period, You will lose access to the site. If you want to cancel your membership it pays you to wait until your period has almost finished, and then cancel.

If I forget to cancel my membership, can I get a refund?

As a member, it is your responsibility to cancel your membership when you no longer want it. If you forget to cancel, we are unable to offer refunds. We recommend setting a reminder for yourself to cancel your subscription when you no longer need it.

CANCELATION AND REFUNDS

Users who purchase any membership have 5 (five) days after their purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.  After the cancelation period ends, all purchases are final and all fees paid are non-refundable, even if your account is later terminated by archoncad. What should I do If I forget my password?

If you forget your password please use the option at the bottom of the log in page “Lost Your Password?”. Type in your email address and you will be sent a link on how to login. Immediately after resetting your password, quit your Internet browser program and restart it. You must restart your Internet browser ( Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) for the change in the password to take effect.

I have reset my password, but it still doesn't work.

I have logged into your site, but it still says that I have to be a member to see the content.

This will happen if you join my site but you do not complete your payment. If you do not complete your payment you will still be a member to the site but you will be prevented from seeing any of the premium content.

How do I change my membership?

After logging in to the site, go to the Login menu and choose Account. At the bottom of this page you will see your membership options. This area allows you to change your membership type.
