This course has been designed to teach you how to apply Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts while using Vectorworks Landmark. It is becoming more common to use BIM concepts with landscaping. Vectorworks has several powerful tools that allow you to create more than just objects. For example, instead of just creating an area of paving, we could be creating a hardscape area that has border paving and a main area paving. This hardscape object could also be sloped, it could also modify our site, and you could report the main area of paving as well as the border paving. When you change this hardscape object in the design your report will stay up-to-date.
