Most of the videos on this Knowledgebase page respond with error messages.
I have tried to view them on different devices and get the same response.
Is this something you are aware of and will it be fixed soon ?

I have looked at the settings. The videos play on chrome, but not on safari. I’m not sure why.some of the movies will ply on my iPhone, but not all of them. I will look into this further. I have found that when I recreate the movies they play on my phone.
