Building the Pool Edge. It might seem back to front, but now is a good time to create the pool edge. There are a few tools in Vectorworks that makes it easy to create the pool edge, and they are easier to use now, than later.

I will be using Vectorworks 2011 for this part of the exercise. 2011 makes it really each to extract the outline of the pool, which we need to make the pool edging. With older versions of Vectorworks, it’s best to make a copy of the pool outline before you extrude along a path.
