Font Mapping. Sometimes you receive a Vectorworks file that contains fonts that you do not have in your computer. Vectorworks then tries to manage the missing font to one that you already have in your computer. This is called font mapping.

When you open a new file with missing fonts, you will see the font mapping dialog box. This tells you about the missing font and what will be replaced with.
