It is tempting to set up layers for each of the different floor levels on the upper floor. This will cause trouble when you join walls together on the upper floor.
It is easier to have the walls on the same layer, and set some walls down to the correct height. So, you can leave the upper floor, and use the settings from the model setup dialog box.
