There are times when you want to control the appearance of lights in Vectorworks. This is controlled by the Vectorworks Preferences.


To access the preferences, go to Tools > Options > Vectorworks Preferences…

Use the po-up menu to choose the options you want for lights.
This shows the default setting.
 
 

I use Only in Wireframe, so that my lights show up everywhere until I render the view, then they hide.
