Hyperlinks – Hyperlinks are a new annotation object in Vectorworks 2013, and they appear in the Dims and Notes toolset. A hyperlink can be used to create a link from a part of your drawing to a saved view, sheet layer, document, folder, or website.

If you export your document to a PDF, the hyperlink will also export. However, if you have Vectorworks Fundamentals, you will not bea able to export Hyperlinks.
