    Room Name Simple. Generally, if you want to put a room name in the space you would use the space object to do this. However, if you just need a very simple rename you can use the Room Name Simple tool from the dims/notes toolset.

    ID Label Tool. The ID Label tool has been around for several versions of Vectorworks. You use this tool to assign ID labels to symbols and plug-in objects.

    North Arrow.  The North Arrow tool creates a North arrow object to indicate the North direction on your plans. You can change the scale of the North arrow, you can choose the configuration you want and you can choose to have the graphics filled or unfilled.

    Callout tool. You can assign test styles to annotation objects by dragging and dropping the text style from the Resource Browser to the annotation objects. You should be able to assign text styles to callouts in the callout preferences.
