Vectorworks Online Webinar – January 2015

Vectorworks uses the organizing methods of layers and classes to create your drawings, and for the last few versions it has used stories to control the three-dimensional model for architectural projects. Vectorworks 2015 has improved the power of stories to control architectural elements.

The new story scheme allows you to have levels that do not have a connection to a layer to control parts of your building. It is important you understand how these can be used to control parts of your walls, ceilings, columns, etc. When you use stories correctly, they become very powerful. But if you do not understand how to use them properly they will be confusing.

This workshop will look at layers and classes for drawing organization, and will then focus on stories to control architectural elements. It is important to attend so that you understand how to use these concepts effectively.
