VectorWorks comes with several HVAC tools for adding ducts and HVAC components to your drawings. I can understand if you let others do this for you, but if the project was small, you might consider adding the HVAC components yourself.
If you are not an architect you might be in the profession where you add the HVAC components for the architect.
