    Recent versions of Vectorworks allow you to drag and drop images, PDF’s, and DXF/DWG files. This can speed up the importing process.

    I use batch exporting PDF files all the time. This is a great way to export all the sheet layers, or saved views from file.

    Batch printing is where you print all the sheet layers or saved views from a drawing. You can also use this to print all drawings from a folder.

    The navigation palette is the quickest way to change the visibility of layers, classes, and  sheet layers. It also has the ability to manage reference files, saved views, and viewports. This makes the navigation palette very useful.
