Vectorworks Design Summit – 3D Modeling Training

The first day of the Summit has several hands-on training sessions on a range of topics (project sharing, plants, 3D modeling, and energies). Along with Frank Brault, from Vectorworks, I will be helping out the 3D modeling. There are so many area I could cover, but I will be focusing on subdividion modeling and making some of the objects that we covered in last month's Manual.

The morning session is all about walls, levels, and stories. We have a great lecture by Wes Gardner. We started by looking at the walls, then we moved on to looking at how they relate to the stories and levels. this is a great refresher on the topics we covered last year in our user group meetings (1501)
