0042 Syncing Safari Bookmarks

You can use your iCloud account to synchronise your bookmarks in Safari. This allows you to have the same bookmarks on your computer as you have on your mobile device.

To start with you have to make sure you turn on the option on your mobile device to synchronise Safari bookmarks. Then you just have to keep your bookmarks up-to-date, and iCloud to the rest.
