    In the past it used to be confusing when you changed to a 3D view and the 2D objects would be all over the screen.  Planar graphics lets you choose to have the 2D objects appear like a 3D object.

    This is really cool. If you set up your wall styles correctly, you can auto join the structural components of the walls. The setting is on wall style preferences, just tell Vectorworks which component is the core.

    I saw someone on the Vectorworks Community board asking about drawing walls for an elliptical plan. I have a workaround. Its a workaround because the plan is not really an ellipse, but it looks close.
