Interactive Workshops August 2013 – Camera Match

Camera Match is a huge timesaver. Firstly, Camera Match saves the time that it would take to model the existing surroundings. Secondly, Camera Match saves the time it would take to match your current view to a photograph.

My experience is that the cost of camera match is more than paid for with your first project. When you do additional projects Camera Match becomes even more profitable.
Many people think that they should only use camera match for large projects. I believe this is a mistake. Camera Match is ideal for large projects, but it is also ideal for small projects. It really does not take very long to set up Camera Match project, but  showing your client you will design and its context is so much better than just showing your client the model.
